When we team up together, big things happen.

We provide the people power and so much more!

Recovery Navigators and Recovery Project Coordinators are placed at partnering organizations throughout Minnesota, Illinois and Virginia.

As AmeriCorps members, our Navigators and Project Coordinators receive a stipend every two weeks and free individual health insurance. They receive free training, ongoing coaching and guided career development, and also qualify for other great perks like up to $7,395 for tuition and student loans.

If your organization would like to partner to expand your capacity and ability to serve, we invite you to apply to become a partner! We are currently accepting applications in Illinois, Minnesota and Virginia.

Key Benefits of Becoming a Partner Site

  • Improved Capacity

Navigators extend capacity at your site by providing customized, one-to-one services that guide participants in identifying and reaching their recovery goals and staying supported in their recovery journey.

  • Data and Insight

Recovery Corps uses data to inform and customize services for participants and provides partner sites with easy to read dashboards that show participant progress.

Two Approaches for a Specific Need

  • Recovery Navigators

Recovery Corps members are not sponsors or counselors, but peers who understand the journey of recovery. This role provides one-to-one and small group peer support for others in recovery, assisting clients as they navigate a variety of goals related to their recovery.

  • Recovery Project Coordinators

Recovery Project Coordinators are people who care and understand or have experienced recovery. This role helps organizations increase their capacity to quickly and thoughtfully address the opioid epidemic and growing substance use issues in our communities.
